1. Uvod
Ovi Uvjeti korištenja ("Uvjeti") reguliraju vaše korištenje usluga koje pruža SACRIX Obrt za digitalne usluge ("mi", "nas" ili "naše"). Korištenjem naših usluga, pristajete na ove Uvjete. Ako se ne slažete, nemojte koristiti naše usluge.
2. Pružene usluge
Nudimo usluge u područjima računalnog programiranja, upravljanja računalnom opremom i sustavom, savjetovanja u vezi s računalima, ostalih informacijskih usluga, promidžbenih i reklamnih aktivnosti, oglašavanja preko medija, specijaliziranih dizajnerskih djelatnosti, savjetovanja u vezi s poslovanjem i upravljanjem te ostalih zabavnih i rekreacijskih djelatnosti.
3. Odgovornosti korisnika
Registracija računa: Možda ćete morati stvoriti račun za pristup nekim našim uslugama. Morate pružiti točne i potpune informacije. Zabranjene aktivnosti: Pristajete da nećete koristiti naše usluge u nezakonite svrhe ili u bilo koju svrhu zabranjenu ovim Uvjetima.

Uvjeti plaćanja: Pristajete platiti sve naknade i troškove za usluge koje kupite u skladu s uvjetima plaćanja. Povrati: Povrati će biti pruženi u skladu s našom politikom povrata.

Sav sadržaj i materijali pruženi putem naših usluga intelektualno su vlasništvo SACRIX Obrt za digitalne usluge, vl. Cristiana Rodrigues ili naših davatelja licenci. Ne smijete koristiti nijedan sadržaj bez prethodnog pisanog dopuštenja.
6. Ograničenje odgovornosti
U najvećoj mjeri dopuštenoj zakonom, SACRIX Obrt za digitalne usluge neće biti odgovoran za bilo kakve neizravne, slučajne, posebne, posljedične ili kaznene štete, niti za gubitak profita ili prihoda, bilo da su izravni ili neizravni.
